How long will it take for my The Clue Clothing order to arrive?If no other period is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 3-7 days, for deliveries abroad within 3-7 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction). An order is made as a complete delivery. Therefore, the delivery time of an order is based on the product with the longest delivery time. Please note that the information is based on working days. If you order on a Friday or before a public holiday, you must expect a slight delay. Orders may also be delivered late by the postal service, which is unfortunately beyond our control. What are the products made from?What our products are made of and which materials are used varies from product to product. You can find information about the materials in the store, directly next to the products.

Where are the products produced?All our products are designed, printed and finished in Germany. Our aim is to source all textiles from Portugal in the near future. Until then, the textiles will be manufactured in different countries depending on the product. For more information about the product, please contact us at info@theclueclothing.de.

What size do I need?To help you find your size, we have a size chart for all products. You can simply use this to measure yourself at home. We also indicate the size of our models to help you estimate your size.

Do I have a right of withdrawal?Yes, you have the legal right to cancel your order within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods. The period for returning the goods is 14 days from the day on which you as the customer informed us of the withdrawal.

An item in my order has arrived damaged, what can I do?The quality of our products is our top priority. We attach great importance to excellent quality and are proud to offer high-quality items. That is why we check and control the quality of each of our products. However, if you have received a faulty product, please send us an email to info@theclueclothing.de. We will deal with your request as quickly as possible.

I have been sent the wrong item, what can I do?We are sorry that you have received an incorrect item! We check and verify the accuracy of each of our orders before shipping. However, it can happen that we overlook something or an error creeps in. We will of course replace the product free of charge. Please contact our service team directly at info@theclueclothing.de. We will deal with your request as quickly as possible.

Can I exchange an item?If your ordered item does not fit or you do not like it, you can exchange products within 14 days of ordering. Please contact info@theclueclothing.de for our service and explain your request. Please note, however, that the shipping costs will be split between you and us. As soon as we have received your return, it will be checked and we will refund the purchase price within 14 days after deducting the return costs of €2.99 to the payment method selected during the payment process. Return shipping costs from abroad must be borne by the buyer.
